Service guarantee

We guarantee useful, careful, professional review - not commercial outcomes.

This page explains what AI Audit Solutions stands behind, what we do not guarantee, how correction requests are handled, and where audit, development, deposit, refund, and customer responsibility boundaries sit.

Clear promise. No inflated outcome claims.

We stand behind care, process, review quality, and professional effort. We do not promise sales growth, rankings, revenue, implementation success, AI performance, or other commercial outcomes outside our control.

1. What we stand behind

AI Audit Solutions stands behind the care, attention, professional effort, practical thinking, and review process used to prepare audits, recommendations, implementation plans, and related services.

Our commitment is to provide useful, thoughtful, commercially relevant, and reasonably prepared work based on the information available, the scope selected, and the service terms agreed.

If a deliverable contains a material factual error caused by our work, or if the output clearly fails to address the agreed scope, contact us with details so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, correct, clarify, or supplement the output.

2. What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee increases in sales, revenue, profit, rankings, traffic, conversions, leads, savings, productivity, funding, grants, customer acquisition, AI performance, automation success, compliance outcomes, or commercial results.

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your team, budget, systems, data quality, market conditions, customer behaviour, implementation quality, third-party platforms, competition, timing, and operational execution.

Audit scores, findings, recommendations, quote pathways, roadmaps, and implementation priorities are decision-support tools. They are not guarantees of future performance.

3. Audit-specific guarantee

For audit services, our guarantee is that the audit will be prepared with reasonable care and skill, aligned with the selected audit type, and based on the information you provide or authorise us to review.

Audit fees are generally not refundable for change of mind once the audit has been executed or materially commenced, because the work involves professional time, analysis, review, and custom findings.

This position does not exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

4. Development and implementation work

For implementation, custom development, automation, AI workflow setup, and software-related work, our commitment is to use reasonable care and skill and to work in a manner generally consistent with relevant industry practice.

Development work may involve dependencies, third-party platforms, APIs, hosting services, browser behaviour, data quality, customer systems, account access, and business rules outside our control.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent compatibility, zero bugs, future platform compatibility, or that every later business requirement will be included in the original scope.

5. Review and correction process

If you believe a report, recommendation, implementation plan, or deliverable has a material issue, notify us with clear details within the relevant review period or within a reasonable time if no review period is specified.

We may ask for supporting information, examples, screenshots, access details, or clarification before deciding whether a correction, clarification, additional review, change request, or separate scope is appropriate.

Corrections normally apply to material errors, incomplete handling of agreed scope, or issues caused by our work. They do not include new preferences, changed requirements, extra scope, missing client information, third-party failures, or issues caused by later modifications.

6. Refund and cancellation boundaries

Refund and cancellation requests are assessed based on the service type, project stage, work performed, resources allocated, third-party costs, agreed terms, and applicable law.

Deposits, audit fees, implementation fees, and retainer fees may be non-refundable once capacity has been reserved, work has started, resources have been allocated, or the relevant billing period has commenced, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Any refund, credit, rework, or alternative remedy offered by us is provided without admission of liability unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to required systems, internal approvals, relevant context, business constraints, and review of deliverables.

If information is incomplete, inaccurate, late, outdated, withheld, or unauthorised, our ability to provide useful recommendations or complete work may be limited.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to implement recommendations, obtaining legal, financial, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, employment, insurance, or regulated professional advice where required, and managing your own business outcomes.

8. Legal review status

This Service Guarantee is an MVP policy baseline and should be reviewed with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Security baseline, quotes, invoices, statements of work, and project agreements before live reliance.

Where there is inconsistency between this page and a signed agreement, accepted proposal, statement of work, or invoice terms, the more specific written agreement may apply to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this page excludes rights, remedies, guarantees, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
